Last week I injured my left foot badly because I wore high heels into the city. The day after, my foot was twice it's size and my toes looks like little red sausages. I had sprained my ring toe pretty severely and the foot is retaining water. So I have been trying to get as much bed rest as possible. For the most part I cannot walk and have been using my office chair to get around the house, in combination with a nice mop stick as a cane. Because of this, I was putting all of my weight on my right leg. Well, it didn't take too long for this to give way as well. My knee, adductor longus, and vastus lateralis are completely shot, so I'm going to miss Fanime this year. I sure am a sad rabbit, but I have to be responsible about this. I was looking forward to seeing everyone this year, but alas, we will have to wait a little longer. I hope that everyone has a blast, and rock it for me! This would have been my 5th year in a row.
I'll be away for a little while. Messages will be unread, blogs will stop for the time being, and my creative projects are on hold until I get well again.
When was the last time you ate something? What was it? Did you savor each little bite, or did you grab a quick snack while working, watching television, or driving somewhere?
The huge difference between true psychical hunger and emotional hunger is not only what the craving is, but how it's eaten.When one is truly hungry the stomach normally growls, we make more wholesome choices that will nurture the body, and are more mindful about the experience. It's easier to recognize when we are full and stop eating. On the flip side, emotional eating is pure craving. Some scientists believe that emotional eating starts from a very young age. When Mother lovingly cradled us in her arms to be feed. Therefore we are nostalgic about food and crave it when we are feeling emotional.
Remember back to all of those amazing family get-togethers or holiday events. Food is very meaningful and comforting. One can be transported back to that wonderful time just with a bite of holiday honey-glazed ham or delicious chocolate birthday cake. Of course everything in life is fine in moderation, but what happens when daily habits take a turn for the worse? Well, we have to learn how to recognize emotional eating, and kick the habit before it becomes a problem. Here are some simple steps to avoid it:
- Out of sight, out of mind. It can be as simple as not buying bad food and bringing it into the home. This is what I do, because I figure it's best to go cold turkey. Food addition is serious business, and it's hard to kick the habit. So keeping the refrigerator stocked with fresh healthy options will help encourage better choices.
- Break one habit at a time. If the cold-turkey approach is not an option, that's fine too. Focus on one thing at a time. Perhaps soda is a current issue, just try replacing a few during the day. If it's the caffeine that you love, try switching over to a nice green or white tea for a more natural dose of caffeine. Or if it's the sugar that you like, possibly try to make fresh organic homemade fruit juice with a little cucumber or celery.
- Don't go shopping on an empty stomach. When we are hungry we want to eat and we want it now. So we are more likely to choose the quick easy meals that will supply us with the most fat and calories quickly. Don't give in! Go shopping after a wholesome meal, so that the brain doesn't crave the fat, sugar, and salt when you go to grocery store.
- Shop at the local farmer's market. You can't go wrong with fresh local produce. Just stay away from the bread, cheese, and meat that some venders sell. Stick with leafy greens, herbs, veggies, fruits, raw nuts and seeds, and raw local honeys.
- Fight boredom. We love eating because we are bored. Get up and partake in a favorite activity. Typically it only takes 30 minutes for a bad food craving to subside.
- Exercise and keep active. When we exercise we loose our emotional cravings for food. Not only does the physical activity keep our minds off of cheeseburgers and pie, but it also keeps true hunger at bay. Inactive individuals are hungry more often than their physically-fit counterparts.
- Be mindful about eating every time. It's so important to sit down and properly eat every time. Even if it's just a snack. Turn of the TV, cellphone, or computer and take the food over to a table. Partake and be grateful for it. Really taste it and chew it completely. Our stomach has no teeth, as the old Indian proverb goes, so we have to chew everything thoroughly. Chewing helps the body digest food correctly. This is why blended smoothies are so great, because then the body can take a well deserved rest from digestion when all of the food is already broken down.
- Get support. Surround yourself with people that value health and will not tempt you to make poor choices when you're feeling emotional. Yes, one cookie can put you back on the unhealthy track if it becomes two and then three, and so forth. Food additions are go joke, and it's one of the hardest habits to break. Good friends will respect that and help you.
- Eat only until full. It's so hard not to finish everything on our plates, I know. It's part of our programing, to survive. We eat because our brains tell us that it's the last food that we will ever get! For most people that live in modern first-world countries, this is not the case, and excess is more problematic then deficiency. Start with small portions, and go for more if necessary. Also, try using smaller dishes to trick the brain into thinking you have more food on the plate.
- Be patient. It takes a long time for the body to get rid of a food addition. Neurologically it takes two weeks for the brain to stop craving sugar, three weeks for salt, and a whopping three months for fat. If you want to deal with this quickly, considering doing a water fast. The body can do this naturally within a 5-7 day fast.
Overcoming emotional eating can be tough, so just take it slowly and do your best. If you ever veer off course, no worries, just look towards the future and make better choices next time. It's worth the effort, and I wish you all the success in the world.
It took me awhile to finish reading Heal Yourself 101 by Markus Rothkranz because I wanted to take in every sentence. I can confidentially say that this book has already changed my life in so many ways. I feel so strongly about this that it feels like a new chapter in my life. It's also the reason that I started cleaning up my diet three months ago, and it was also the final straw that got me to water fast.
The book talks about everything that's important for maintaining, healing, and reverting back to a happy healthy life. It discuses food, exercise, sleep, love, stress, freedom, and how to heal and reverse disease and old age. It changed me for the better and I am forever grateful to Markus. I truly feel light, balanced, and like I'm me again. It's been six long years since I've felt this way, like I have my life back completely.
Also I had a powerful dream last night which frightened me. I woke in a frenzy, but after analyzing and researching it properly, I concluded that it was about growth. Sometimes it's hard and frightening to move forward, but for the best. I'm excited where life will take me and I'm ready. I'm not unsure or afraid any longer. So it's peculiar that I had that dream right before writing this post.

Heehee! I love that buying two items is considered a "haul" to me. I just don't buy stuff, so this was a lot. My water fast made me think about all of the bad cosmetic products that I put on my skin. I do really good already, but I wanted to take it to the next level and replace some of my products.
The basic concept is if you can't eat it, it shouldn't go on your skin. Toxic products are just as bad if not worst than bad foods, because it soaks straight into the bloodstream after being applied to the skin. So surprisingly enough, these 100% Pure products contain ingredients that could potentially be eaten! I won't try, so no worries, but they're all made from fruits, veggies, flowers, and herbs.
The first one is the Honey Coconut Milk Shampoo. Shampoo is the only beauty product that is good to switch up all the time. That's coming straight from a dermatologist. So I want to alternate this with my Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Shampoo, because this shampoo is good but not great. It still has some ingredients in it that I do not like, but it's twice the amount for half the price. The Honey Coconut Milk Shampoo on the other hand smells like a tropical Caribbean vacation and is great for my hair type too; which is chemically treated and dry because I use hair dye. That's one of my bad habits that I haven't worked out yet.
Then we have the Healthy Skin Foundation with Super Fruits and SPF 20, which is full coverage and a satin finish. It's a little expensive, but not as pricey as the Laura Mercier foundation I was wearing. Also, I'm glad that I used all of my other foundations up completely, so it feels good to turn over a new leaf. One thing that had me concerned is that there are only seven shades and I'm very picky with color matching. Surprisingly this wasn't an issue for me. The lightest shade Créme is the perfect color match for me and I'm very pleased. It's not heavy at all and blends beautifully. I just use my finger to warm and pat the product into skin where I need extra coverage. One thing about water fasting and eating correctly is that I do not break out anymore. So I've been loving my new skin, it's beautiful, and it's not even as dry as usual either. Everything just balances out and I feel wonderful, like I'm me again.
The makeup's also made with antioxidant from the super fruits, vitamins, and nutrients that help nourish and protect skin. It's SPF 20 with both UVA and UVB, which is wonderful because this means that it has broad spectrum protection from not only the rays that burn skin but also that age skin.
Lastly, the kind saleslady informed me that even the printing on the packaging is made with rice dyes instead of using adhesive to attach an extra paper label. How cool is that! So indeed, I will support a brand that goes that far to keep waste down and I'll definitely continue to replace more of my products down the line with 100% Pure. I also have a cool card that gives me a nice 15% off of each purchase that I make, and of course we can't forget about free body creme samples every time one visits the store. It really is a great brand and I absolutely love it.
This was probably the number one film that I wanted to see this summer. I was so excited about it, because it looked like it was going to be good fun. I saw it on the first day and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I even loved it more than The Avengers.
First off, I wanted to say that this film did not seem like a Tim Burton film. At least in the usual sense, which was a good thing because it seems more like something he made earlier in his career. Elfman didn't use his typical over-the-top score this time around, which was refreshing because the overall selection of music was amazing. It was well executed and subtle when necessary. I appreciated that.
The movie also reminded me a bit of Beetlejuice, how the whole family was living in a huge weird house, with the main character being the zany one that the story is focusing around. So for the most part the movie takes place there and I liked that.
I absolutely adored the story because it was darker than I expected and I liked the romance as well. The makeup, hair, costumes, sets, characters, and crazy script full of campy dark dialogue that keep me laughing throughout the experience was fantastic. Then there was the visual art which was better than I could have ever imagined. I had quite a few "wow" moments because of the way that the artists used light and color. It's so beautifully executed! Just the type of thing that inspires me to paint.
So go see Dark Shadows.It's a great film to take the parents to as well. I kept thinking about how much my parents would love a film like this because of the fact that it's set in 1972. They would sure get a kick out of all of the brilliant art direction, wardrobe, and music.

Recently I got a free Kohl's $10-off coupon in the mail. Whenever this happens I see it as an opportunity to spruce up my home in some little way. I only buy if I'm absolutely in love with something and it improves my home in some way that no other item could. My decor is a unique extension of myself and reflects my artistic preferences. The home is a work of art, never completed, always in flux. So without anything specific in mind I went on over to my local store to see what they had.

Sure enough, they had something perfect for me. This set of bamboo bathroom accessories was just the thing for my home. They're absolutely beautiful from a design standpoint. I love the way that they're shaped, organic and curved, but with a sleek modern finish. The perfect marriage of earth and technology. Yes, I put this much thought into decorating.
Also, the fact that this is bamboo makes me incredibly happy. That was the frosting on the cake. Bamboo is an annual renewable resource, reduces CO emissions, and is biodegradable. I like supporting a brand or company that cares about the environment. Not to mention that the soap has to sit in the dish, so I'm glad that it's made out of bamboo and not some harmful material that could leach chemicals into it because it's wet. I use Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap from Trader Joe's, so I care what goes into that soap. That, and bar soap looks so elegant, like a hotel or spa. I've always preferred it in the bathroom.
When I was younger I was an extremely stressed-out person. We are a product of our environment, and I unfortunately got this from my mother. I love her to pieces, but as a young child I would watch her get so stressed out about everything. Being late to a party, the home not being clean, money, us children, her job, etc. So I grew up that way, and believed that it was normal to behave in such a manner. It was all I knew.
When I got a little older I knew that it had to stop. I can't even count how many times I ran my body into the ground. It was my own doing, because most situations in life are manageable. We might not think so at the time, but they are. Unless we're fighting for our lives in someway, it's not worth it to be stress out. On that note, there have been countless journals published about how taxing it is on the body. Quite frankly, it can kill you. If you haven't already watched this documentary: Stress: Portrait of a Killer, I highly recommend you to do so. Perhaps it will motivate you to change your life. It did for me and there is no going back.
So we all know that stress is a killer, but enough with the bad, and let's focus on what we can do to deal with stress so that it doesn't affect us in the future.
Here are 10 ways to eliminate stress from your life:
1. Be mindful about stress. - When a stressful situation comes around, take a moment to think about it logically. How do you feel and is it a good or bad stress? It's okay to be excited about a speech, but it's not okay to get worked up about being late to a meeting. Every situation is unique, so think it through. Relax the mind, and calm yourself. Life goes on; it's not worth your energy or well being.
2. Breathing. - Deep relaxing breathing is proven to help reduce stress and tension on the spot. It helps you stop, focus, and calm down. Practice breathing correctly. This is done with the diaphragm, and not the chest. As young children this comes naturally, but as frantic stress-out adults we use our chest to breathe instead because it's a faster easier way to get short bursts of air. This act alone is psychically exhausting on the body, so it's best to make this a new habit as soon as possible. It's as simple as taking a deep breath down into the tummy instead of the chest. Watch your abdomen rise and then fall with each breath. Overtime this will occur naturally and effortlessly.
3. Meditation. - This is something that's new to me as well, but has already helped so much. Meditation is a powerful deep state of relaxation and helps to calm the mind. 15-20 minutes of mediation twice a day can help one to stay focused on the present, reduce negative emotions, decrease anxiety, lower blood pressure, and decrease muscle tension. I prefer to meditate in the sunlight poring through my balcony window during the early morning, and once more in the moonlight before going to bed.
4. Take a soothing warm bath. - I love baths! They're so wonderful, and are a sure way to de-stress. Light a soy or beeswax candle, dim the lights, put on some soft music, and take a dip. Also, consider adding Epsom salt and essential oils to the water. The salt will help pull toxins from the muscles, and the oil, depending on which one you use, will have a number of wonderful healing properties. My absolute favorite oil for stress is Spanish Rosemary. Even taking a deep whiff of this oil will help relieve stress. I do it all the time. 5. Get some fresh air and sun. - Getting outside can help so much. Did you know that we are happier when we are outdoors? It is in our programming. We are energized by the sun and our brains produces endorphins that make us happy. Exercise and being active also does this, that's why it feels so good to go on a brisk walk, hike along the beach, or climb a hillside. Also fresh air is exhilarating and our bodies crave it. Sitting indoors just doesn't compare, so if you have the luxury and it's a beautiful day out, take your work outside for a change. It will be awesome, I promise.
6. Eat good organic whole foods. Just like sunlight, fresh air, and exercise a healthy diet consisting of fresh produce and plenty of water is ideal to maintain proper health. When we are energized properly we feel like we can take on the world and nothing is unmanageable.
7. Make love. Sex is an amazing way to release stress. If you have someone to be intimate with don't underestimate how powerful it is. Sex is proven to boost the immune system, boost self-esteem, make sleep better, release endorphins which make you happy, and release oxytocins which makes you intimately bond with your lover. How wonderful indeed!
8. Get a massage. - Touch is essential. We are social creatures and on a very basic primal level need to be loved and touched. It's crucial for survival itself. It helps with our perception of pain, and our emotional and physical well being. Massage is a wonderful stress reliever and it satisfies the need to have physical contact with others. A lot of the time doctors will prescribe massage to elderly patients that don't have too many people in their lives for this reason alone. So treat yourself to a massage or have a loved one help you. It's more important than ever to get regularly massaged. I swear by it.
9. Talk it out with someone close. - Call up a good friend or invite a family member out to have lunch. Talking problems over mindfully with others, without complaining or whining, can help put the situation into perspective. Hearing another person's opinion can be helpful, or sometimes it's just as simple as being heard. Sometimes we just need to let it out.
10. Disconnect from the world. - Turn off the cellphone, TV, iPad, and computer to spend time doing something you truly love. Take the family pet out to play, bike, dance, garden, clean, paint, read, write, listen to or make music. Do anything that you're truly passionate about, because this will help dissolve away stressful feelings instantly.
After awhile you will notice changes in the way that you deal with stress. That something just clicks, and your life is so much better because of it. It happened for me. One day I just realized that I do not need to get stressed anymore, and if I did, I knew how to relax and bring balance back into my life. So if I can do it, so can you!

Over the weekend I had the pleasure of going to Stanford University for the very first time. It was a beautiful day and it was great to finally see the campus. It looked like something out a college film, and made me reminisce about my own university days. Also, it was a nice relaxing trip. Which was something that I needed, because I've been taking it easy ever since the water fast and just enjoying life.
I was invited because a friend of mine was a part of Stanford Taiko, so they were having their springtime concert and all of the alumni were called back after 20 years. I must say that the performance was absolutely brilliant! I had never been to an indoor taiko concert before, only outdoors, and it was quite different. First off, one can feel the powerful drums in your soul. They just resonate with the audience, and being seated in a chair feeling the bass is different than being outside. It sure was a night to remember.
This auditorium is known for it's amazing acoustics.
Then my friends and I were all invited to the after party, which was good fun of course. It was nice to see all of the performers get together and have a good time. I respect them very much because of the great show that they put on. It must have taken a lot of time, hard work, and effort. Some of the low stances that they had to keep while performing were very impressive. That, and the arm strength for drumming itself. It seems like it would have been a fun pastime to get involved in between classes.
Oh my! So I saw The Avengers last Friday first thing in the morning and it was brilliant. I enjoyed it a lot and it was a great way to start off the summer blockbuster season. For some reason or another I didn't go to a lot of movies last year. Perhaps it was because of ticket prices. It was $8 for a matinee. I just can't treat myself to that too often, so I pick films that I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy. Which The Avengers did not disappoint. It was a solid film, especially for a super hero film. This is probably because of Joss Whedon's involvement. I just adore him, and his writing is wonderful. The dialogue in this film is so fun, and it feels very human.
Also, because I just watched Thor (which was intentional) I had that franchise still on the brain. I love Thor and Loki. They're my favorite characters from this film as well because of their awesome accents, fantastic origin, and amazing hair. One small tiny artistic thing though, was that I preferred the the light blonde eyebrows and beard on Thor from his previous film in comparison to the darker facial hair in this one. Just because the golden hair made him look more god-like.
I was happy that Cobie Smulders is in the film as well. I was cheering her on, because Robin is one of my favorite characters in How I Met Your Mother, but unfortunately her acting was a little stiff. I still love her though, but I was hoping for her to do a bit better.
So yup, go see this film if you're into this type of movie. The CG is amazing, the costumes are fun, it's a good story, and has a memorable script. I never want to spoil films for others, so I don't want to say too much more than that.

Recently I have learned a lot about myself because of my first successful water fast. It was such a wonderful thing, and now I'm motivated to clean up my life in other ways. That of course starts with my makeup kit. I've been wanting to do this for a while now, and have even begun to use up products that I don't plan on repurchasing again. It goes hand in hand with my spring cleaning as well. As a minimalist, I love to have a clean open-spaced home with little to no clutter. So it's time to weed out the makeup collection.
Now, I do not condone throwing things away. If one feels the need to get rid of something right away then just give it to a friend or family member that might enjoy it. But for me I don't mind using them up myself. I will be ridding myself of some products that are old, not cruelty-free, filled with chemicals, not a good match for me, or that I have doubles of. So this look is created with those products, and it still stays on trend for the season. Nudes are huge this spring, especially a nude lip. Italian fashion is also taking the world by storm and we are seeing a lot of 1950's influences. Have fun! It's springtime!

Today is the day my friends. I get to eat and use cosmetics again. The fast is over. I can finally say that I have completed it, lived it, and have learned from it. This is not going to be my last water fast, I will continue to do many more in the future. Twice a year is good for fasts this length. One in the spring and one right before autumn when the weather is still warm. Depending on how I feel, I'll do 5-7 days again. Other than that, I also want to do monthly one day fasts as a way to get stronger and stay fit.
Now remember after each fast one must refeed properly. It's always half the time of the fast. So because I went seven days, I shall refeed for at least 4 days. I'm going to do longer though because I'm feeling good about it, but half is just the minimum. Also, I'm going to take it slow with cosmetics usage. A lot of my products have so much crap in them, so this was an eyeopener for me to be more responsible about the stuff I put on my skin, because it soaks straight into the bloodstream.
Here's what I plan on drinking throughout the day.
The first day of refeeding should consist of juices. Watered down juices I might add. 50% water, 25% veggies/herbs, and 25% fruit. If you don't own a juicer, you can buy fresh raw juices from the local farmer's market, or use your blender and then sift the juice through a fine mesh strainer. So my juice for the day is water, apple, watermelon, spinach, and a tiny dash of cinnamon to help the body digest the fruit sugars better. I will make 44oz. of fresh juice and drink 6-8oz. at a time throughout the day.
Take a look at my refeeding schedule:
1st Day - 50% water, 50% veggie, herbs, and fruit juices
2nd Day - 25% water,75% veggies, herbs, and fruits juices
3rd Day - 10% water, 90% veggies, herbs, and fruits juices
4th - 10th Day - Switch to blended juices with fiber, any fresh produce is fine
11th - 17th Day - Start eating raw whole veggies, herbs, fruits, and soaked nuts/seeds
18th Day - Can eat whatever, but keep good habits in mind
So there you have it. One thing I did want to share is that water fasting neurologically changes the brain. Usually if one tried to kick a bad food addition without water fasting it would take two weeks for the brain to stop being addicted to sugar, three weeks for salt, and a whole three months for fat. With the last one, fat, the brain produces chemicals that tells you that you're going to die because of fat lose. So we feel miserable, feed the addition, and keep eating cheeseburgers.
What's incredible is that the brain can switch all of these off during a moderately long water fast. So when one gets off the fast, the bland salads, boring juices, and yucky blended juices that were so hard to choke down are absolutely amazing. One respects the subtle flavors and textures of fresh foods in a way that they haven't in years. Then all of the garbage foods become too overpowering and almost gross. Isn't that wonderful! And let me tell you, the juice that I just had is the best thing I have ever had in my life! I'm so sensitive to all it has to offer. It makes me feel alive.
Lastly, here's a recap of all of the things that have improved for me over the course of my fast:
- My wrists and arms feel great. I'm so excited because this was my main priority. The blood is flowing and I can feel how wonderful it is.
- I had a rash on the back of my neck caused by my hair dye. It's almost all gone now, and needless to say, I won't be repurchasing that dye.
- My acne dried up from my previous breakout caused by my poor judgement to eat Thai food.
- The spider vein on my leg is almost gone. This is so remarkable because it's been like that forever it seems.
- My tummy, arms, and legs are looking better because I lost some excess fat in those areas. It's time to hit up the pool! Bikini here I come.
- The cyst on my wrist is the smallest it's been in years. This was such a nice surprise and makes me happy.
- The milia on my face is totally gone. I had about a dozen tiny specks on my cheeks and they've completely disappeared. That's incredible, because I typically have to wait months for them to go away naturally.
- My teeth and tongue are so clean! I don't have any of the typical daily buildup of plaque from bad foods.
- My sense of smell is amazingly sensitive now. When I was cutting up my fresh watermelon this morning I barely cut into it and the smell was so intense.
- I have loads of energy and I feel like a new girl. A happier, healthier, lighter, wiser Claudia.
So yup, this is just the beginning and I'm excited to see more results in the future. Water fasting is a part of my life now. It's like housecleaning of the body, and I had years to clean out this time around. Perhaps even deeper healing will occur in the future, because this one just scratched the surface.
So today I wanted to talk a little bit about fat lose, because I know a lot of people are interested in that. Even though this is not the main goal, it's just a pleasant side effect. Overall I have lost an inch off the smallest part of my waist, but the biggest improvement is right below that. Just below the belly button and around the external obliques is where I notice it the most. The spare tire if you will. Now, I'm a trim girl, so losing that last stubborn inch was awesome. I'm not sure how people with large midsections will react. Of course results will vary, but again, I must stress that water fasting is about healing the inside of the body, weight or fat lose should not be the main reason to do it. Also, I want to talk about refeeding today, because tomorrow I will breaking the fast. It's so important to refeed properly. This means juice, blended juice, and raw organic fruits and veggies. Please do not go out and order a pizza when you're done fasting. That's too much too soon, and why in the world would one put all of that effort into a water fast to just go out and poison oneself again.

Woke at 9:45am
I slept like a baby last night. I didn't even wake up once to use the bathroom, and didn't even feel the need to go back to bed after awaking the first time. So I got up and drank my first glass of water. In a way, I'm glad that this is my last day. I'm very much looking forward to refeeding tomorrow and going to the local farmer's market to pick up some fresh produce. It's exciting.
Monkey pants for the win! Aside from the monkey awesomeness, I'm pleased with my results.
I'm doing great today! Much better than yesterday because I believe that I was doing some serious detoxing. One thing that I wanted to note is that my wrists and forearms feel amazing. That was the number one reason I wanted to fast. They just feel so loose and great, like the stiffness is gone. A little tingly today too. Like the blood is flowing in a way that it hasn't in years, which makes me so very happy.
I'm so happy right now. To the point that I don't even know how to explain it. Perhaps it's because I know that I'm nearing the end of my fast. I feel like I've accomplished something so wonderful, just like the doctor mentioned in the video. I get my little girl scout badge for water fasting or something.
I got to talk to my sister on the phone which was awesome. So I got to catch up with both sisters now. I'm still doing wonderfully today, I'm on my 4th glass of water and I'm not hungry.
Still doing good, my abs are sore again though. So I guess that I'm still burning the excess fat. I've got my 5th glass of water and am enjoying my evening. It's peaceful out right now.
Wow, the day is almost over. I've just been watching YouTube videos on a variety of things. Also, I'm excited that the day is almost done, because I get to eat again (or I should say drink juice) tomorrow. So I'll probably go to bed early around 10:30ish. That's good, and it will get me in the habit of using my alarm clock again. I will start working tomorrow. I have a video that I need to finish up and post. There are always new and exciting things that I have planned as well. Although, I have a lot of projects that I have to finish up too. So perhaps I'll continue with a few of those.
I'm starting to get sleepy, and that's good. It was a wonderful first water fast, and I consider it to be a huge success. It feels good to have made it. I'm at the end of the tunnel and I have found my light. Goodnight.
