Daily Inspiration: Carl Sagan's Message for Humanity

I hope that everyone's having a fantastic summer day. Recently a dear friend of mine, Aaron, suggested Carl Sagan's Cosmos as a must watch, and indeed it's quite fascinating. I wanted to share this short chip with you from the series that is both profound and inspiring.

Be kind to one another and the planet. I'm sure the future will be awesome!
Much love,
~Claudia

I'm so happy you've enjoyed my suggestion, Claudia. Mr Sagan's words are ever-pertinent, and my hope is that people truly start heeding his, and the advice of others, to make the best of our species.

I really wish Wonders of The Universe was available on Netflix for you to see. I'm still watching for it.

Your message is beautiful as well, Claudia, and as always, I am thankful for it.
Thank you for mentioning me, too. It brought me a much-needed smile today.

  2. Yes, very much so. Thank you again. I really get a kick out of not only what he speaks about, but how he speaks. Quite the character indeed.

Yeah, that would be cool. Perhaps one day. :)

<3 Thank you! You're too kind. It was nothing, of course. Are you alright though? Did you have a bad day?

  3. I also enjoy the meter and rhythm of his speech. He believes in what he says, and you can definitely hear it. Brian Cox, who hosts/narrates Wonders, has the same conviction in his voice, but it's different; more... whimsical, almost ethereal. If we're as similar as it seems, I'm sure you'll like it, too.

I still appreciate it, Claudia, no matter how small a gesture. It means a lot to me.

Me? I've just been a bit down...
I know. Not very Zen, huh. ^__^
We can talk about it later if you're curious, but I don't want you to worry about me and become distracted from your projects. I'd feel guilty about that.

  4. Yes! Very much so.
    I'm sure I would. :)

    Aww, of course! <3

Oh noes. :( Of course, feel free to write anytime. You don't disturb me. I've been audio editing and it drives me mad.

  5. Not being a disturbance to you is definitely a relief.

I have no professional experience with audio editing outside of classes years ago, but any help I might have for you is absolutely at your disposal.

  6. Oh hush! People always come before any project. <3

Thanks. It's just time consuming. It's tedious and takes forever. I'll be done soon. I hope to post the video next week. :3
